Nigerian students learn information and communications technology (ICT) at a laboratory of the Seeds for the Future Program initiated by Chinese tech company Huawei, April 21, 2016. According to Huawei's official website, the Seeds for the Future Program, which was initiated in 2008, has had participants from 108 countries and regions by the end of 2017. To date, the program has benefited over 30,000 students from more than 350 universities worldwide. Through this program, a total of 3,600 top college students have been able to visit and study at Huawei's headquarters in China. Since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward six years ago, the two "arches" have stretched out on land and sea. Brilliant talents emerge, passions of youth spark, sweet loves sprout, and magnificent ambitions thrive.
